Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for the nutrition app.
• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and direct sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health professionals, fitness trainers, and nutrition experts.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the nutrition app and its features.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
Customer Service and Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service to app users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the app’s functionality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ section to assist users.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze sales and customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader business strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs and feedback are incorporated into the app’s features.
• Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary documentation and responses to inquiries.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in sales, marketing, and customer service techniques.

Language Requirement (Speaking): Cantonese; English; Putonghua

Other Requirements
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• High Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the context of health and nutrition apps.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and customer service tools.
Fields of Study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Level of Qualification: High Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
