Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
AI Development and Implementation:
• Design and develop AI algorithms to analyze nutritional data and provide personalized recommendations.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and efficacy of the app’s predictive models.
• Develop and integrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance user interactions with the app.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights relevant to nutrition and health.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists and nutrition experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the app’s recommendations.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all AI development activities comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of algorithm development and data analysis processes, ensuring data integrity and reproducibility.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including nutritionists, dietitians, and software developers, to integrate AI capabilities into the app.
• Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary documentation and responses to inquiries.
Innovation and Development:
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and nutrition science.
• Propose and implement innovative approaches to improve the app’s functionality and user experience.
Work Location: Hong Kong
Language Requirement (Speaking): Cantonese; English; Putonghua
Language Requirement (Writing): Chinese; English

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning.
Experience:
• Development, preferably within the context of health and nutrition apps.
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and developing machine learning models.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Expertise in various machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis software.
Fields of Study: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
