Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct toxicological Assessments:
- Design and perform in vitro and in vivo toxicology studies to assess the safety of drugs.
- Develop and validate assays to monitor cell viability, proliferation, differentiation, and potential cytotoxic effects.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze experimental data using statistical software and interpret results in the context of regulatory standards and clinical relevance.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all research activities comply with GLP/GMP and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and studies, ensuring data integrity and reproducibility.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biology, chemistry, and clinical departments, to integrate toxicological data into broader research and development programs.
- Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, providing necessary documentation and responses to inquiries.
Innovation and Development:
- Stay current with the latest advancements in toxicology and vascular regeneration fields.
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to improve the safety and efficacy of protein drugs.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Ph.D. in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Cell Biology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on ageing and cardiovascular diseases.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory or industry experience in pharmacology research, preferably within the context of vascular diseases or stem cell biology.
- Demonstrated experience working with endothelial cells, cardiomyocytes, and neurons.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cell culture techniques, including the handling and differentiation of stem cells into endothelial cells, cardiomyocytes, and neurons.
- Expertise in various toxicological assays (e.g., MTT, LDH, apoptosis, genotoxicity) and advanced analytical techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy, high-content screening).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis software.
